Below is a summary of some of these techniques, but feel free to discuss your needs and we'll offer solutions that match.
Screen Printing
Screen printing uses layers of ink pressed through a fine mesh stencil to apply bold, durable designs onto the fabric. Each colour is applied separately, making it best suited for simple logos or text with limited colours. It delivers excellent colour vibrancy and longevity, even after repeated washing. Screen printing is a popular, cost-effective choice for larger uniform orders where consistency and impact are key.
Sublimation
Sublimation is a high-quality printing process where special inks are heat-transferred directly into the fabric’s fibres, producing vibrant, full-colour designs that won’t crack, peel, or fade. It’s ideal for polyester garments and allows for complete coverage printing— perfect for sportswear or uniforms requiring complex patterns, gradients, or photographic detail. The result is a smooth, lightweight finish with no added texture on the fabric surface.
Embroidery
Embroidery involves stitching your design directly into the fabric with coloured threads, creating a textured and professional finish that exudes quality and durability. It’s ideal for polos, jackets, and caps where a more premium look is desired. While less suitable for intricate or highly detailed artwork, embroidery offers a timeless, high-end appearance and withstands frequent wear, making it perfect for corporate or hospitality uniforms.
